清水混凝土剪力墙以及采用爬模施工的混凝土剪力墙在施工时,通常要求混凝土墙先于楼面梁板施工。当楼面梁采用钢筋混凝土梁时,目前采用植筋或预留钢筋接驳件的方式。该方式存在施工复杂、质量难以保障、新旧混凝土结合面不可靠等缺陷。介绍了一种新的钢筋混凝土剪力墙与后浇筑的钢筋混凝土梁的贯通式节点:通过在混凝土墙预留洞口并在洞内预留暗柱钢筋及墙体水平筋、洞口内壁凿毛等手段,保证了后浇筑混凝土梁与剪力墙之间节点的可靠性。静力试验和数值模拟结果表明,本节点的力学性能与整浇节点十分接近,验证了本设计的可靠性和实用性。试件的试验结果和数值分析结果吻合度较高,可以印证各自的可靠性。
Abstract
During the construction of plain concrete shear walls and concrete shear walls constructed using climbing formwork, it is usually required that the concrete wall be constructed before the floor beams and slabs. When reinforced concrete beams are used for floor beams, the current method is to plant steel bars or reserve steel bar connectors. This method has defects such as complex construction, difficulty in ensuring quality, and unreliable interface between new and old concrete. This article introduces a new type of through joint between reinforced concrete shear walls and post poured reinforced concrete beams: by reserving openings in the concrete wall and reserving hidden column steel bars and wall horizontal bars inside the openings, and chiseling the inner wall of the openings, the reliability of the joint between the post poured concrete beams and shear walls is ensured. Through static tests and numerical simulation calculations, it has been proven that the mechanical properties of this node are very close to those of the cast-in-place node, and the reliability and practicality of this design have been verified. The test results of the specimen are in good agreement with the numerical analysis results, which can confirm their respective reliability.
