摘要

灌浆套筒这种湿式连接方法已被广泛应用于装配式结构系统,控制灌浆密实度是保证装配式结构施工质量的关键。为了分析灌浆缺陷对装配式剪力墙抗震性能影响,以灌浆缺陷程度和灌浆缺陷套筒的位置为变化参数,基于OpenSees展开存在套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式混凝土剪力墙有限元模拟,分析灌浆缺陷对剪力墙滞回曲线、承载力、位移延性和能量耗散等重要抗震性能指标的影响规律。结果表明,灌浆缺陷对剪力墙抗震性能存在显著的影响。灌浆套筒连接剪力墙边缘构件对灌浆缺陷的敏感性较高。

Abstract

The wet connection method of grouting sleeve has been widely used in prefabricated structure system, and the control of grouting compactness is the key to ensure the construction quality of prefabricated structure. In order to analyze the influence of grouting defects on the seismic performance of prefabricated shear walls, the degree of grouting defects and the location of grouting defect sleeves were taken as the variation parameters of the study. Finite element simulations of prefabricated shear walls with sleeve grouting defects were carried out based on OpenSees to analyze the effect of grouting defects on seismic performance indicators, such as hysteresis curve, bearing capacity, displacement ductility, energy dissipation and so on. The results show that there is a significant effect of grouting defects on the seismic performance of shear walls. The edge members of shear walls are more sensitive to grouting defects.
