摘要

大型压剪试验机是建筑抗震领域重要的试验设备,主要用于足尺试件检测。以某一压剪试验机的性能和功能要求为目标,详细研究并设计了一50MN大型压剪试验机的主体结构和主要结构构件,该试验机由竖向加载系统、水平向剪切加载系统两部分组成。设计过程中对于出现的局部结构问题进行了研究,并提出了针对性的解决方法。利用有限元分析软件Abaqus对试验机主体结构和主要结构构件进行建模和加载分析,得到了试验机强度和刚度等整体结构性能满足要求的安全可靠结果。该试验机具有出力大、量程大、稳定性和安全性好等优点,可主要用于原比例试件的压剪试验和相关特殊试验。

Abstract

Large compression and shear testing machine is an important test equipment in the field of building earthquake resistance, which is mainly used for testing full size specimens. Aiming at the performance and functional requirements of a compression and shear test, the main structure and main structural components of a 50MN large compression and shear testing machine are designed in detail. The testing machine consists of two parts: vertical loading system and horizontal shear loading system. In the design process, the local structural problems of the testing machine are studied and the corresponding solutions are proposed. The finite element analysis software Abaqus is used for modeling and loading analysis of the main structure and main structural components of the testing machine, and the overall structural properties of the testing machine such as strength and stiffness meet the requirements of the safe and reliable results. The testing machine has the advantages of large output, large range, good stability and safety, and can be mainly used for the original proportional specimens of compression and shear test and related special test.
